India's Clinical Intelligence System for MBBS

Not a logbook.
Clinical proof.

Pramanik is the intelligence layer NMC CBME 2024 always needed. Every competency verified. Every entry cryptographically sealed. Every student AI-analysed weekly against NMC targets.

The problem
6
years since NMC mandated CBME. Most institutions still use paper logbooks.
4,393
competencies to be tracked per MBBS student. Zero tracked digitally at most institutions.

NMC set the standard. Institutions need the system to meet it.

The Graduate Medical Education Regulations 2019 require every MBBS institution to maintain faculty-verified logbooks, track certifiable competencies, run structured AETCOM programmes, and produce inspection-ready records at any time. The mandate is clear. The implementation infrastructure has not existed — until now.

Pramanik is not a digitised paper logbook. It is a clinical intelligence system built directly from NMC UG Curriculum Volumes I–III, the Assessment Module, Skills Training Module 5, AETCOM Module 2018, and GMER 2019 — every provision, implemented precisely.

From clinical session to verified
NMC record in 30 seconds.

STEP 01
Faculty generates QR
Selects the NMC competency code, DOAP stage (D/O/A/P), and clinical setting. A full-screen QR appears with a 15-minute expiry — preventing backdated entries.
Faculty action
STEP 02
Student scans and submits
Form pre-fills with competency code, faculty name, DOAP stage, date, and setting. Student adds clinical notes and submits in seconds. No app required.
Student action
STEP 03
Faculty signs — cryptographically
Rates B/M/E, decides C/R/Re, and signs with NMC ID. A SHA-256 hash permanently seals the entry. No one can alter it after signing.

STEP 04
AI analyses every student weekly
The AI reads each student's full logbook against phase-specific NMC targets. Surfaces gaps, generates a NExT readiness score, and sends priority actions to faculty.
Intelligence layer

Tamper-evident. AI-powered.
NMC-precise.

Cryptographic Verification

Every signed entry is mathematically sealed.

When a faculty member signs a logbook entry in Pramanik, the system generates a SHA-256 hash at the moment of signing. Cryptographically sealed and tamper-evident. The resulting 64-character string is stored permanently.

If anyone alters the entry after signing — competency code, date, stage — the hash changes completely. The tampering is immediately, mathematically detectable. No paper logbook in India can make that claim.
